+ Mandatory deposit

It is necessary to leave a 100€ deposit for each jet ski rented the same day the activity takes place, deposited at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the contracted route, which will be returned in the same way in which it was paid once the service is finished. The deposit will be refunded upon delivery of the equipment in perfect condition and without any damage due to improper use or non-compliance with the guidelines explained for driving or negligent conduct in safety matters.

Please note that in the event of a claim, you will still be liable for the full amount of the deposit indicated in the rental contract. The payment of this deposit does not relieve you of your responsibility as driver or passenger, as you will be liable for damages caused by non-compliance or negligence. If the damage requires repairs and renders the use of the materials impossible for periods of time already contracted, the negligent party shall also be liable for the damages caused and resulting therefrom.

In case the user refuses to deposit the deposit, we will have the right to cancel the activity, without the right to any refund or change of date/time.

+ Age of passengers

Only people over 18 years old can drive a jet ski. In case the age is 16 and 17 years old, they will be able to drive with prior authorization signed by the legal guardians. Minors between the ages of 8 and 15 years old may be accompanied, but not the main driver, as long as they are authorized and present the corresponding signed request together with the original ID of their father/mother or legal guardian.

+ Documentation required

It is mandatory to present the ID card or passport of all passengers at check-in before starting the route.

+ Check In

It is essential to be at our facilities 30 minutes before the beginning of the activity.

In case the user does not show up at the established time, we will have the right to cancel the activity, without the right to any refund or change of date/time.

+ Service development

If weather conditions permit and the passengers have a favorable driving level, the activity will be carried out as indicated, always at the instructors’ discretion. It will be given the possibility of performing the activity on an alternative date or redeem it for possible uses only if at the time prior to performing the service there was some unforeseen uncontrollable by Jetski Experience SL.

+ Miscellaneous incidents

The monitor/instructor must be notified with absolute priority in case of any breakdown, damage, loss of safety equipment or collision during the course of the route. The protocol to be followed in such a case will be followed. If the cause of the suspension of the activity is due to non-permitted or negligent actions on the part of the passengers, we shall be entitled not to reimburse or indemnify the contracted service for such unjustified fact.

+ GoPro Extra Service

We give you the option of taking a nice souvenir of your navigation and capture the best images of your experience by renting a GoPro camera with an additional cost to the service that will allow you to take an SD card with all the recording of your adventure.

+ Insurance

The jet ski will be insured, with the modality specified in the particular conditions and with the terms and limitations that result in the policy, keeping Jetski Experience S.L. the original of such policy. Jetski Experience S.L. will not be responsible in any case for any loss or damage to the personal effects of the participant/s of the activity. Jetski Experience S.L. has contracted the corresponding mandatory liability insurance.

+ Safety and navigation rules

The navigation area contracted in the activity will be respected. It will not be allowed to change the route or walk in places other than those indicated without the express authorization of the instructor. The personal data entered in the reservation will be only those allowed in the navigation.

The monitor will preside over the route and the participants will follow their course always in single file.
Maintain a safety distance of 50m between motorcycles and motorcycles and always be more than 200m from the coast. If a stop is made during the route, this distance will be 25m to avoid collisions.
Motorcycles may not navigate in parallel, nor overtake each other.
It is essential to wear a life jacket during the service.
The passenger must always hold on to the rider’s waist and accompany him/her in his/her movements to avoid injuries/falls.
It is advisable to wear your hair up for safety.
To make a stop for any kind of need, a hand will be raised until the monitor sees it and stops the route.
The speed will be gradually reduced until it stops. It is not possible to stop the motorcycle suddenly.
Never approach a buoy or other floating object, it could be a diver or fishing gear supported by the floating object. We want to avoid all types of accidents with serious consequences.

The activity may be terminated at any time if the instructor sees with justified cause any impermissible or negligent actions on the part of the passengers, we will have the right not to reimburse or indemnify the contracted service for such unjustified fact.

+ Administration fees

We have the right to prohibit the performance of the contracted service in the event that the user or users are intoxicated, carry any sharp or harmful object, consume or carry non-legal drugs or provoke or incite non-compliance with the above rules.

In case of non-compliance, we will have the right to cancel the activity, without the right to any refund or change of date/time.

+ Photo or multimedia session

If the client accepts and authorizes Jetski Experience S.L. the use of the photographic or multimedia material made by the company during the contracted activity gives the right to its promotional use as the owner of the images or videos captured during the service. In case of non-acceptance of the promotional use of the audio-visual material, it is required to communicate through the mail info@jetskiexperience.es indicating your data and locator of the reservation made.
